Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Quality of our products are of the utmost importance.  If you have any issues regarding the quality of your items please notify us immediately at edensroseco@gmail.com.  Pictures and/or videos will be requested before a refund can be processed.  

Refunds
All sales are final!  However, we will provide exceptions for damages and other issues on a case by case basis.  We will notify you once we’ve received the requested information and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Shipping Policy

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed. 

All orders are shipped via The United States Postal Service (USPS).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.  

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority and USPS Ground.  

Once USPS is in possession of your package, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.  

We are not responsible for carrier delays.  

Due to Federal Regulations, all monomer must be shipped via ground.  All orders containing monomer will be shipped via USPS Ground.
